In Contigo Clínica, the Base (ContigoBot, ContigoCRM and ContigoAgenda) costs €59 a month + VAT. Each extra module costs €19 (ContigoInvoice, ContigoHours, ContigoPay), €29 (ContigoClinic, ContigoStock, ContigoPortal, ContigoWeb) or €59 (ContigoGrowth). All included costs €99 instead of €145. Setup is separate: €0 to €390. Replace and Group are quoted individually. Contigo Club has the same prices (Base plus ContigoHours, ContigoPay, ContigoStock, ContigoWeb and ContigoGrowth) and online sign-up with a 14-day trial. Meta bills WhatsApp Business Platform usage separately, per message.
The Base answers WhatsApp, books appointments and hands the conversation to reception, with the diary and client records. All included adds PDF invoicing, payments and staff time tracking, from the desk or by WhatsApp, plus your managed website with ContigoWeb. You can also add just the module you need to the Base.
No. The Base is built for clinics that want to sort out WhatsApp and keep their practice software. If you'd rather replace it, the Replace pack does that, with a custom quote.
Yes. We migrate the number the clinic already uses to the WhatsApp Business Platform. With the Base, migration costs at most €190.
Your business's public website, hosted by Contigo at your address: home, services, people, opening hours, a Book button and a contact form that lands in your CRM. It is a managed website: maintenance is included (updates, security, backups, the HTTPS certificate, small text or photo changes and keeping it online).
